What the forms collect

The enquiry and call-request forms send us the details you type: your name, email address and whatever you choose to add about your business and project. We use them only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Submissions are delivered to our email inbox through Brevo, a transactional email service, which processes the message on our behalf and keeps a delivery log for a limited time under its own terms. You receive a copy at the address you gave. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by writing to info@spanguild.com.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Your choice of light or dark mode is stored in your own browser and never leaves it.

The map

The map on the contact page loads only when you scroll to it. Its tiles come from OpenFreeMap, built from OpenStreetMap data, so that service sees your IP address when the tiles are requested, as any image on the web would.
